Memories That Last Forever With Printiki

Printiki Review

I don't know why, but printed photos will always hold a special place in my heart. Taking photos is (and always has been) a huge passion of mine - even if half the time I'm just winging it and I really don't know what I'm doing!

With modern technology overtaking disposable cameras, it makes having physical photos of your
memories that little bit more special. So when Printiki contacted me not that long ago asking if I'd like some prints, I couldn't say no!

Over the last few years, I've been lucky enough to visit some beautiful places. So I took this opportunity to print out loads of holiday photos that have got lost with old laptops or blog posts, as well as some of my favourite people.

Printiki offer retro style prints, standard square prints, photo books and even posters (with an optional choice of captions) which you can upload straight from your computer, phone, tablet or even Instagram & Facebook! You get 20 prints for £5.50 which is so affordable and works out at just over 27p per print! Bargain if you ask me!

I decided to go for the Retro Square in Medium* with a matte finish (aka. old style Polaroid prints) with because as much as I'd actually LOVE a Polaroid camera, I've never been able to afford one. Maybe one day.

When the prints arrived, they were such high quality and I was so impressed with them. Considering most of them were taken with an iPhone camera, that's a huge bonus!

Another thing I noticed that was that their website is so easy to use - meaning the whole experience is quick and hassle free (unless you're indesicive like me and can't choose what photos you want haha!).

Upon stalking their dreamy Instagram, I grabbed loads of inspiration for how I was going to display my photos! As I recently had a bit of a revamp in my room, I found myself left with quite a few lonely bits of wall. One gap in particular I wanted to fill was above my TV, so that's where I decided to pop the photos.

After narrowing some prints down and arranging them in all sorts of different ways (and sticking & unsticking them on the wall!!) I went with a square shape with 4 rows. 2 for adventures/travel and the others for family and friends. I REALLY wanted to make a heart shape with the prints but sadly the space just wasn't big enough. Oh well!

I still have loads of prints left over, so I'm thinking of maybe starting a scrapbook very soon to give them a new home! :)

Overall I'd definitely use Printiki again and I'd recommend them to all of my family and friends. If you're thinking of giving them a try, use the code: MZ6SS2FK to get free shipping on all orders - you won't be disappointed! :)

Have you used Printiki before? Let me know :) x
