November Favourites

''An actual monthly favourites, Tania?!'' I hear you cry. Yep, I pulled my finger out and here I am doing a November favourites. I really wanted to do blogmas this year, but I work full-time and I'm WAY too finicky and picky when it comes down to editing posts, I would literally still be on day one. I definitely want to do it next year though, maybe 2016 will be the year I get my shit together! Anyway, you catch my drift.. Here's what I have been very much enjoying over the last month!

Revlon Lash Potion Mascara by Grow Luscious

I have been dabbling with Revlon at lot more recently, so I thought I'd give this a go. I love mascara's that make my eyelashes look thicker and longer at the same. I defintely had high hopes for this product as it claims to give your lashes 'spellbinding length and supernatural volume'. I was really enjoying Maybelline Lash Sensational, however I thought I'd weigh out my options and go for a mascara with a more volumising effect this time around.

The packaging was too pretty to miss on the shelves and the applicator wasn't plastic #extrabrowniepoints. I really wasn't sure on this when I first started using it because it's a product you really have to build, but if you have the patience to persevere then I'd definitely recommend this.

Rimmel 'Brow This Way' Eyebrow Gel in Clear

Why have I only just discovered this?! Tania, you have needed this forever. For ages, I've been getting a lot of straggling eyebrow hairs and it really throws my brows out of shape. However, during a random conversation one day, someone suggested I use a brow mascara/gel. That idea kind of freaked me out because I never really knew how that would work, but as it was clear - I couldn't really go wrong!

Since I have started getting my brows done professionally, I feel like I really need to maintain them as much as possible and this has helped massively. I do think I need to be more daring and try one for the actual shade of my eyebrows, but I fear it'll just go so messy and wrong! So for now I'm happy with filling them in a different way!

Seventeen 18 Hour Stay Time Concealer in Fair

With concealers, I am basically a creature of habit. I never normally get along with anything that isn't my Collection Lasting Perfection Concealeras all the others I have tried, didn't really do it for me. I've been reading a lot of Emmy's Beauty Cave recently, because I can relate to her content a lot and her skin traits sound a lot like mine.

I saw her Winter Make Up Bag post the other day and saw that she recommended this. Seventeen are a brand I have never given a lot of thought before. No particular reason, I just haven't. So I thought I'd pick it up and give it a go. It is honestly amazing!

It matches perfectly with my skin tone (not even exaggerating) and as it's a slightly more creamy formulation, it blends like a dream! It stays on really well throughout the day, and I don't notice my blemishes or dark circles trying to make an appearance either! If you're like me and stuck in a rut with concealer, you definitely have to try this!

Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 Eyeshaow Palette

I've had this for a good few months, but recently I've noticed myself using it a hell of a lot more. The colours range from light pink neutrals, to more dark brown, vampy shades. There's a nice variety of matte and shimmer shades which is perfect. The pigmentation is pretty fab for a £4 palette and the eyeshadows blend so nicely and evenly across your eyelid. I've always loved Makeup Revolution and I don't think I'll be stopping anytime soon!

Seventeen Define & Conquer Contour Palette

If you'd have asked me what Contouring was a year ago, I would have probably laughed in your face a little and then googled it. Call yourself a blogger Tania. (Needless to say, I'm still no pro and I just kind of follow Pinterest guides) I have dabbled with the Maybelline Master Sculpt in the past and I really wasn't a fan. It didn't show up on my face at all and was too powdery.

This one has really changed the game though, it's still a powder but it seems much more pigmented and as it's darker, it shows up a lot more on the face. If I have any excess that a brush won't fix, I just use a beauty blender to make it look a little more subtle. The highlighter is lovely too!

Clinique Lip Pop in Cherry Pop and Nude Pop

Me and I'm sure a lot of other girls probably jumped on the Clinique Glamour mag freebies last month. I have always known Clinique as a brand, but I have never wanted to go splurging on a product I wasn't sure I would like. Needless to say, I love these lipsticks! Plus the magazine itself is only £2 - free gifts ftw!

I first got 'Cherry Pop' which is a perfect festive red colour, whereas the nude is really subtle but leaves a lovely finish to the lips. I love how great the colours are and how much stay power they have. They are very moisturising and leave a lovely sheen to the lips after application. As much as I love my MAC lipsticks, I do find they dry my lips out really quickly, so this was an bonus! I think I'll be seeing a lot more Clinique products in my makeup collection from now on!

Have you tried any of these products? What have you been loving this month?
I'd love to know! :)
